E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Strategische Entwicklung unserer E-Commerce-Systemlandschaft (ERP, CRM, Online-Shops usw.)
• Verantwortung für die Struktur und Governance unserer E-Commerce-Produkt- und Stammdaten
• Verantwortung für die Budget- und Umsatzplanung des xTWOstore Online-Shops
• Konzeption, Steuerung und Auswertung der Social-Media-Präsenz und digitaler Marketingkampagnen (z. B. E-Mail-Marketing, SEO, offizielle Website, Facebook, Google Ads etc.)
• Messung und Reporting der Performance aller digitalen Marketingkampagnen sowie Bewertung anhand der Ziele (ROI und KPIs)
• Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifizierung von Potenzialen, Risiken und Trends
• Analyse von Daten und Prozessen zur Identifizierung von Wachstumspotenzialen und Effizienzsteigerungen
• Integration und Optimierung bestehender Systeme und Datenflüsse – direkte Integration in unsere Cloud-basierten IT-Projekte (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 BC-System für Finanzen und Betrieb)
• Artikelerstellung und -pflege auf der Online-Website und im ERP-System/Datenpflege, einschließlich unseres Produktsortiments
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Content, Social Media, Produktmanagement, Vertrieb, IT und externen Agenturen zur Stärkung der digitalen Vertriebsleistung

Dein Profil:

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce oder Digital Marketing, idealerweise in der Baustoffindustrie oder einem verwandten Sektor
• Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Erfahrung in der Umsetzung komplexer digitaler Projekte mit interdisziplinären Teams
• Hohe analytische Kompetenz, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
• Idealerweise Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse in Stammdatenmanagement, Magento, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central System
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem diversifizierten Team in einem multinationalen Umfeld
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Organisationstalent

E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic development of our e-commerce system landscape (ERP, CRM, online shops, etc.)
• Responsibility for the structure and governance of our e-commerce product and master data
• Responsibility for the budget and sales planning of the xTWOstore online shop
• Design, manage and evaluate social media presence and digital marketing campaigns (such as email marketing, SEO, official website, Facebook, Google ads etc.)
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Carry out market and competitor research to identify potential, risks and trends
• Analysis of data and processes to identify growth potential and efficiency gains
• Integration and optimization of existing systems and data flows - direct integration into our cloud based IT projects (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 BC system for Finance and Operations)
• Item creation and maintenance in the online website and ERP system/data maintenance, including our product range
• Working closely with the areas of content, social media, product management, sales, IT and external agencies to strengthen digital sales performance

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in E-commerce or digital marketing, ideally holding experience from building materials industry or related sector
• Degree in business, e-commerce, digital marketing or related
• Experience in the implementation of complex digital projects with interdisciplinary teams
• High level of analytical competence, structured way of working and strong hands-on mentality
• Perfectly with experiences or skills of master data management, Magento, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 business central system
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a diversified team in a multinational environment
• Fluent in German and English
• Team player with strong organizational skills
